The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Greater Chicagoland chapter named Glenbrook Remodeling a 2025 Remodeler of the Year (RotY) Award winner in the $100,000 to $150,000 Residential Kitchen category in its annual awards competition.
Each year, NARI of Greater Chicagoland presents Remodeler of the Year Awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. This year’s awards were highly competitive, with more than 50 exceptional entries contending for the prestigious awards.
Our clients live in Morton Grove. Their home was built in 1964 and still had the original kitchen. This couple have lived here since 1992. They had decided to finally gift themselves with the kitchen they had always wanted. This kitchen remodel was inspired by the homeowner’s travels to Tuscany and their love for the stained glass work of Frank Lloyd Wright. Our customers were an enthusiastic part of the material selection process and had very specific requests about integrating stained glass, murals, decorative tiles and a special hood.

We love how everything came together and was able to blend in with the rest of the home. We were able to gift this family a beautiful kitchen, with lots of storage and a layout that works for them. The RotY Awards are the highest form of recognition by remodeling industry leaders and peers. The judging panel, comprised of industry experts, selected winners based on each project’s problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, and degree of difficulty.
