Discover if we’re a good fit.
First things first, we will schedule a consultation with our in-house design expert to talk with you about your project, answer any questions you might have about Glenbrook Remodeling or the remodeling process, and work with you to visualize your home transformation! At this point, we also invite you to visit our showroom so that you can walk through physical representations of stunning kitchens and bathrooms to give you inspiration for your home.

Let’s move forward.
After we have determined that we are the right fit for your project it is time to move forward! Together, we will draft your design-build agreement and establish a realistic budget range that you feel comfortable investing in your home. A 10% retainer is required to start the agreement. Your design-build agreement includes a review of the design, layout, materials selections, building specifications, and budget expectations.3
It’s go time!
Once your design agreement is finalized we move forward with construction! At this point, your team will begin making selections, ordering materials, applying for permits, scheduling a start date, and beginning construction. Each home and each project is as uniquely different as the homeowners we work with but you can be assured that the team working on your project always brings the same level of quality and attention to detail.
