The vacation homeowners of this Wilmette penthouse suite trusted Glenbrook Remodeling to deliver a turn-key remodeling solution for their entire unit. Kitchen walls were removed and crisp clean lines were distributed throughout the home to deliver an upscale, relaxed, warm, and cozy feel.
Our upper floor location and condo association rules required both logistical challenges and communication skills to keep the project moving while being responsive to neighbors’ concerns. Glenbrook Remodeling did a great job on both fronts in building a project that was beautiful, delivered on time, at the agreed upon price in a work environment that was clean and orderly and complimented by neighbors.
