Our team frequently receives inquiries about the duration of residential remodels. The timeline can vary significantly based on the size and complexity of the project. Generally speaking, a kitchen or a bathroom remodel will take a minimum of six to eight weeks from start to completion, and is not uncommon to extend as long as ten to fourteen weeks. Before we begin your project, we will create a detailed tentative schedule, outlining what to expect and providing a reliable timeline for completion. This ensures clear communication and helps keep the project on track.

Remodeling can indeed be a dusty and noisy process, but we strive to make it as comfortable as possible for you. For single bathroom or kitchen remodels, we can create a temporary space for your use during construction. However, if multiple areas are being worked on, we recommend vacating for the duration of the project. Finding a peaceful space is important, as living in a construction zone can become tiresome. Your comfort is our priority, and we’re here to help make the process smoother!

One of the first questions we often hear from clients after signing the contract is, “When can our team start the project?” We share your excitement and look forward to getting started! Once we’ve placed the order for all materials (cabinetry, flooring, counter tops , tiles, etc), and have a tentative delivery date, only then can we schedule a tentative starting date (usually two-three weeks prior to receiving the materials on site).

This level of planning and organization is needed to ensure the successful execution of your project, and avoids leaving you without your kitchen/bathroom for unnecessary extended periods of time. As a general guideline, for kitchen and bathroom remodels, you can expect a start time of about six weeks from the contract signing. We also conduct an inspection of all materials (cabinets, counter tops, plumbing fixtures, etc) upon receipt to ensure there’s no damage, which helps us avoid any delays during installation.

We take pride in our work, which is why we offer a 5-year warranty on craftsmanship. Here’s a refined overview of our Client Satisfaction Process:

  1. Post-Production Walkthrough: Once production is complete, we conduct a walkthrough with the client to identify any items that require attention, ensuring that their expectations are met.
  2. Six-Month Check-In: Approximately three months after project completion, we provide the client with a document to capture any concerns or issues that may have arisen since the initial walkthrough.
  3. 11-Month Review: One month before the one-year warranty period ends, we conduct another walkthrough to verify that everything is in order and address any lingering concerns.
  4. Annually for the next 4 years: Every year after that we will check in with you.
